Raquel McCloud – Writer, Speaker, Insta: @McCloudLife
Raquel says her purpose and perspective is rooted in Genesis 50:20, “You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good…” and so she boldly shares her truth through a lens of empathy and grace without compromising honesty for the sake of comfort. She believes in the value of resilience, healing, hope and hold the unflinching belief that grief and gratitude can coexist.
Gaile Osborne – Executive Director of Foster Family Alliance of North Carolina
Gaile Osborne and her husband have adopted 3 children from foster care, have two children under guardianship and one current placement of medically complex infants. They have fostered over 28 children in the past 10 years. Gaile’s passion is helping other families overcome trauma, creating changes through advocacy to systemic challenges, and coaching parents and school systems when supporting children with trauma.
