Aerial Teams Course
Work together to complete challenges as a team on our Aerial Teams Course! Designed specifically for teamwork, the ATC requires collaborative effort between a group of people to accomplish things you couldn’t do alone. Whether it’s pouring water through a series of tubes, pulling each other up the entrance zipline, or trying to build a bridge to cross an expanse, you’ll come out a more bonded, more connected group by the end.

Our Philosophy
At Miracle Heights Adventures (MHA), we believe everyone deserves the chance to experience the transformative power of adventure. Since opening to the public in 2021, we’ve partnered with a growing and diverse range of local schools, non-profits, corporations, and church groups, along with hosting private tours of our course. Our signature team-building programs, Building it Forward, directly support the mission of Crossnore.
For the children and families served by Crossnore, MHA provides meaningful experiences designed to make a positive impact. Our own staff benefit, too, as they strengthen their teamwork skills and deepen community ties through MHA’s activities and facilities. We also extend our programming to meet people wherever they are, building connections both on and off-site.
As the premier team-building choice in the Triad Region, Miracle Heights Adventures is here to make every adventure count.
At Miracle Heights Adventures (MHA), we believe that real connection happens when we grow together through shared experiences.
Our programs cultivate safe, supportive environments where individuals and teams can step outside their comfort zones, in order to connect, learn, and advance toward goals. Connection is the foundation of every strong team, and we know that building trust and understanding must come before truly effective engagement. That’s why our adventure-based programs are designed to foster these bonds in a way that’s both fun and meaningful.
In a setting rooted in the concept of challenge by choice, each participant has the opportunity to stretch themselves in a healthy way while building trust and camaraderie with others. Our goal is to provide both the space and the support for these connections to form, helping you reach new levels of personal and team growth.
At Miracle Heights Adventures, our work is guided by core beliefs that shape every experience we create:
Challenge by Choice: We respect each participant’s right to choose their level of involvement. Our approach empowers agency and choice, allowing individuals to safely explore and grow at their own pace. We honor each person’s autonomy and support them in bringing this sense of self-trust into their everyday lives.
Empowerment and Connection: We foster environments where teams and individuals feel empowered, working together to create meaningful connections. We believe in the strength of collaboration, where each person brings their unique perspective and energy, resulting in shared joy and a sense of accomplishment.
Compassionate Care: Our approach is centered on kindness and respect for everyone involved, from our clients to our team members. We’re committed to nurturing an atmosphere of mutual support, where each person feels valued and heard.
Feeling & Being Safe: Safety is fundamental to our mission, encompassing both physical safety and emotional well-being. We’re dedicated to maintaining secure facilities and creating a psychologically safe space for authentic self-expression and teamwork.
At the heart of our programs is a balance of fun and purposeful challenge. Our adventure-based experiences harness the power of action and reflection, creating opportunities to connect with ourselves, each other, and the natural world around us. Through this blend, we help individuals and teams build resilience, explore personal and shared strengths, and achieve growth that extends beyond the moment
To bring our core beliefs to life, we offer a range of experiential and adventure-based services tailored to support personal growth and team connection:
Build it Forward: Offered to teams and groups in the community, designed to meet the specific needs and objectives of each group.
Adventure-Based Counseling: Designed as a therapeutic intervention to engage individuals in activities to support individual and group goals.
Experiential Learning: Open to a broader audience, this service provides engaging, goal-oriented activities that implement the practice of learning through reflection on doing.
Whether it’s building teamwork on the Aerial Teams Course, practicing independence on the Aerial Adventure Park, enhancing communication on the Low Ropes Course, piecing together clues in an Adventure Race, or solving challenges in Team Initiatives, MHA creates fun, customized, and impactful experiences for all participants.

“Miracle Heights Adventure provided a challenging, safe, and adventurous experience for our group. There is great flexibility to choose your own course which allows everyone to have their own individual experience while participating with the group. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. We only have great things to say and will for sure be back!”
Heather “Hef” Turner

"The quality of the equipment and the quality of the leader were great and exceeded my expectations. The desire to listen to the details of the team and to help bring the concerns to the surface was mature and professional."
Chuck Taylor
VP of Leadership, Education, & Development at Roto-Rooter
"Our experience on the high ropes course gave my nine-year-old son and I a chance to bond without distractions (or screens!). It was a great way to enjoy time outside, push ourselves physically, and work together to overcome challenges and have adventurous fun! I knew already that he was fearless, but he wore me out - in the BEST way!"
Local Parent
"The Miracle Heights Adventure Team arranged a great workshop for our students. They took the ideas that I had for a topic, and Incorporated it with their plans. They used great examples and had great connections with our Crosby Scholars Program students."
Alese Berry
S.H.E. Program Associate, Crosby Scholars
"I think the students really felt challenged, which is what we wanted out of the experience. Getting out of your comfort zone can be really scary, but there's almost always benefits that come out of it! This one happened to be having fun!"
Valeria Torres
Administrative Assistant, WFU Pre-College Programs
"Our management team is a tough group to crack but I learned that we're able to be vulnerable with each other without being uncomfortable (or made fun of) and that we need to bring that back to our day to day."
Dedon team member
"Being around other adults who deal with challenging moments with our students helps to remind me how to stay grounded and in the moment. And also reminds me how awesome our kids are. I loved that they responded right away to the games at the beginning, I think that was because of your style!"
Jenn Romero
Associate Head of School, Noble Academy
