Exciting times are unfolding at Crossnore Communities for Children as we reflect on our recent achievements and plan for the future. This moment offers us the perfect opportunity to celebrate the strides we’ve made in recent years and to plan for what’s next.
Recently, we established a Prevention Services division that includes our Homebuilders© and Family Foundations teams. These teams have positively impacted Triad Region families and are now expanding Family Foundations into Western North Carolina. Our Bridging Families© program, which started as a pilot, has grown significantly and will soon open its 11th home.
Our clinical team has been a cornerstone of our success, providing invaluable support across all our programs. They are continually enhancing their expertise through ongoing professional development, ensuring they remain at the forefront of best practices. We’ve also launched and sustained our Tailored Care Management Service in Western NC and are excited about the opportunities ahead for this initiative. Meanwhile, our foster care teams continue their unwavering commitment to serving children both within the community and on our campuses, embodying the heart of our mission.
