Bridging Families Child & Family Therapist
Sydney Anding is a Child & Family Therapist, serving our Bridging Families Program on our Avery Campus. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and has experience working with children and adolescents in crisis settings. Sydney offers clinical support and therapy to children and adolescents who are in DSS custody. Along with the other members of the Bridging Families team, Sydney works closely with the birth parents and family to provide wrap-around support during the reunification process. Sydney is passionate about working with family systems with the goal to reunify, and kids who have experienced trauma. Sydney joined Crossnore Communities for Children in 2024.
